      Here are step-by-step instructions on how to create a multi-channel, multi-touch campaign using PRINTgenie:

      Step 1: Access the Campaigns

      • Under the Design Studio, access the Campaigns on the left-hand side. We have pre-created campaigns that you can duplicate and edit to make it tailored to your industry/ promotion. You may also create your own campaign from scratch by clicking on the CREATE CAMPAIGN button.

      Step 2: Select Your Direct Mail Piece

      • After choosing your desired campaign or creating your own campaign, you may now select your direct mail, sms or email templates that you want to include in your campaign. You'll see a list of available postcards and letters, sms and email templates that were built by pros. Pick the one you want for each touch. If you've previously saved your favorite text messages, you can easily access them in the library on the right-hand side. This helps you choose and use your preferred messages quickly. Also check that variables are automatically filled in, such as property address, city, state, and zip code, for personalization. You can customize these variables according to your campaign needs.

      Step 3: Set the Timing

      • Specify when you want your direct mail piece or email to be sent out. You can set it to go out immediately, or you can schedule a specific time for it to be sent. Keep in mind the delivery time of your direct mail if you are to send a follow up email or an sms after the direct mail.

      Step 4: Add a List to Your Campaign

      • To trigger the campaign, add a recipient's name to it. As soon as you do this, the direct mail piece will be sent out based on your chosen timing.

      Step 5: Assign Your Campaign

      • Choose the specific list or audience to assign this campaign to. This is the group that will receive your campaign's touchpoints.
