There is no way to pause your PRINTgenie account.
Cancelling is the only way to stop making your monthly or annual payments.

Be aware:
If you cancel, all "Active Campaigns" will STOP.
You WILL NOT receive any credit back and you can't re-activate that campaign at a later date. You can order it from scratch, but you can't "Turn it back on" from where you left off.
