For Text Messages - if a client Opts Out? Will the investor know about this?

The Investor will not know if recipient opts out. 

You will still have to remove them from your list to no longer receive a direct mail piece.  BUT, that person will no longer get any texts.

You do not have to physically remove them for text / email.  The recipient Opting out stops them from getting text or email.  BUT, it does not remove them from your list.

If the recipient opts out of the text or email – you will never be able to send another Text or email again to that same email/text contact.
