How can I change my account from a PRO to either an Essentials or Starter package?

Before proceeding with the downgrade, we want to ensure you're fully aware of the changes that come with transitioning to the PRINTgenie Starter Monthly plan. Upon downgrading, please note that you will no longer have the ability to create your own mailers and campaigns, nor will you be able to edit the templates within the app.

If you're still interested in proceeding with the downgrade, we're here to assist you. To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account.

Click on Account Settings.

Click on Billing.

Click on "Cancel Subscription"

You need to create a fresh new account that’s why you need to CANCEL your existing subscription to start the FREE Starter Monthly plan. Kindly check this link to review the inclusions in our plans again:

NOTE: You need to use a different email address as the system will detect your existing one. If you wish to still use your current registered email, contact us so we can retain it for you.
