      I canceled my existing account and I'm trying to sign up again. It won't take my phone number or email.


      Did you want to log into a new Account to use different material?  

      If so, please read the following:

      PRINTgenie is built to accept a phone number and an email address only one time.
      Even if you cancel, it still retains your # and email.  If you have a different email address, you can use that and use any number other than the one you used before. 

      Once you are signed up again, email help@printgenie.io and ask to have your correct email and phone number removed from your old account and changed over to your new account.
      OR,
      If your goal was to simply log back into your old account, you can.  Simply log in and it will ask you to update your credit card information.
