      Article summary

You got a notification from PRINTgenie saying...

"We've noticed that there have been a few hiccups with your webhook contacts over the last 24 hours."

Just a friendly tip, in our experience, 95% of these issues usually boil down to the address failing CASS/DPV (Coding Accuracy Support System/Delivery Point Validation). It might be worth double-checking any addresses before you try again.

If that isn't it, the 2nd most challenge is running out of funds. This can be solved by turning on "Auto-Fund"

      Suggestion

It is recommended to turn on "Auto-Fund" in order to keep your campaigns running.

      Note:
If you received a notice that your campaign did not run for either DPV (Delivery Point Validation) or Funding, please note that we do not offer a way to re-deploy your failed leads from within PRINTgenie. You will have to re-deploy them from either your CRM, or Zapier.

      For Zapier.
Please log in and review order history. You'll be able to re-push your campaigns.

      For Webhooks.
Please look in your execution logs on your CRM to determine the best way to re-initiate your mailers.
