I only want to send emails to my prospects (or text messages).

PRINTgenie only utilizes emails and texts as a way to complement a direct mail campaign.  We are not a digital marketing service, per se.  If you're looking for solely an email or text marketing platform, PRINTgenie is not the best solution.  We believe these two mediums should be used sparingly, as a way to increase the likelihood of connecting with one's prospects.

It is to your discretion as to whom you'd like to communicate with.

Both the SMS Text and Email is not a stand alone product. Each are available only within a campaign.
If your contact list does or does not have a phone and or an email it either will or will not deploy.

If a contact is missing a phone or email, the campaign will simply skip that touchpoint and not deploy the text and/or email and you will not be charged.
