I'm having a hard time logging into my account
Sometimes you may find it difficult to log in. There are a number of reasons why you may be restricted to accessing your PRINTgenie account.
Please review the following. If after you've exhausted efforts below, please reach out to help@printgenie.io and we'll assist you.
Cache and cookies:
Corrupted browser cache or cookies can sometimes cause connection issues. Clear your browser cache and cookies, and try accessing the website again.
Unstable or slow internet connection:
A weak or unstable internet connection can cause connection resets. Make sure you have a stable and strong internet connection.
Browser extensions:
Some browser extensions can interfere with network connections and cause ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors. Try disabling extensions to see if the issue persists.
Antivirus or security software:
Overly aggressive antivirus software or security suites might block connections to certain websites, causing connection resets. Temporarily disable your antivirus or security software to see if the issue is resolved.
Outdated or corrupted network drivers:
Outdated or corrupted network drivers can cause network issues, including ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors. Make sure your network drivers are up to date.
Proxy or VPN issues:
If you're using a proxy server or VPN to access the internet, it might be causing the connection resets. Disable the proxy or VPN and try accessing the website directly.
