Uploading Your List

Uploading your list is as easy as pie! With just a few simple steps, you can seamlessly transfer your contacts into our platform and unlock a world of possibilities for targeted communication and engagement.

1. Prepare Your List:

Ensure that your list is formatted as a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file before proceeding with the upload process. You may want to consider using the following headers (when applicable). This ensures compatibility with the PRINTgenie platform and makes data handling easier.

2. Check for Custom Fields:

If you have custom fields specific to your mailer or platform, ensure that these fields are included in your list before uploading. Custom fields may contain additional information about your contacts that you want to store or utilize.

Log in to your PRINTgenie account and go to Contacts then Upload My Contacts. Initiate the upload process.

2. Notice that a contact may sometimes have a mailing address different from the property address, so be sure to put the right label/ header when uploading the list.
