Uploading Your List
Uploading your list is as easy as pie! With just a few simple steps, you can seamlessly transfer your contacts into our platform and unlock a world of possibilities for targeted communication and engagement.
Prepare Your List:
Although it is not necessary, it does help if you are familiar with your list.
PRINTgenie is sophisticated enough to know what you are trying to map out using out AI algorithms. Simply upload your list as is and see how easy it is to map out the appropriate fields.
Ultimately, we only need the following fields in bold. The others are optional.
First Name
Last Name
Mail Street
Mail City
Mail State
Mail Zip
Property Street
Property City
Property State
Property Zip
Phone Number
Contact Email
Custom 1
Custom 2
Check for Custom Fields:
If you have custom fields specific to your mailer or platform, ensure that these fields are included in your list before uploading. Custom fields may contain additional information about your contacts that you want to store or utilize.
Access the Contacts section:
Log in to your PRINTgenie account and go to Contacts then Upload My Contacts. Initiate the upload process.
4. Mapping the fields:
Once your list is uploaded, the next step is to map the fields in our platform. This ensures that the data is correctly interpreted and organized within our system, allowing you to efficiently manage and utilize your list for your campaigns.
Notice that a contact may sometimes have a mailing address different from the property address, so be sure to put the right label/ header when uploading the list.
