A: Not all mail receives detailed tracking scans, especially first-class mail items like our Greeting Card products. Here's what you need to know:

Limited Tracking: First-class letters and greeting cards may not receive the same level of detailed tracking as other mail pieces.

Verification of Handoff: For these items, PRINTgenie can only verify that the mail was properly processed and handed off to USPS for delivery.

USPS Processing: Once USPS receives the mail, it enters their general mail stream. Individual piece tracking may not be available.

Delivery Timeframes: First-class mail typically arrives within 1-3 business days, but this can vary based on destination and current USPS operations.
