What is a HomeOffer?  (coming soon)

A Home Offer valuation page provides homeowners with an estimated market value for their property, but with a unique twist. This tool is commonly used by real estate investors who can define a value of 60%, 70%, 75%, or 80% of the Automated Valuation Model (AVM) used in home valuations. PRINTgenie will then apply this percentage to the AVM and display the adjusted valuation on a personalized URL page.

The valuation is calculated using a proprietary algorithm that incorporates various data sources, such as public records, MLS listings, and user input. It considers factors like property characteristics, location, and market trends to generate the estimate. However, it's important to note that this estimate is not an official appraisal and should not be used as a substitute for one.

Home Offer valuation pages are a useful tool for homeowners, buyers, and sellers, providing insights into the potential value a real estate investor is willing to pay for a property.

      What’s it good for?
