According to PRINTgenie's Terms of Service, all purchases, including prepaid credits, are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your subscription, any unused prepaid credits will expire immediately and cannot be used. Moreover, services that were ordered with these credits will cease.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for any unused or partially used credits, regardless of the reason. It's also important to note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
